We want you to love your Edge of Ember jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-personalized pieces. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and include all luxury packaging to be eligible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry securely in its original box and use a padded envelope to ensure it arrives back to us safely and scratch-free.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
