How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 28-day return policy for most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Every EDGE of EMBER piece comes with a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage or general wear and tear.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the shine of your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in the pouch provided.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Absolutely. We only use lab-grown diamonds or natural diamonds sourced from suppliers who follow the Kimberley Process, ensuring they are conflict-free and ethically mined.
